Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the website www.atlan66.it acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against Atlan66:

Methods of processing
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. In particular, the data aimed at the management of telematic services, statistical analysis and improvement of the services provided are kept for a maximum of 26 months; the data collected in order to provide services to the user concerned, are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship of the interested party with Atlan66 and in any case for a maximum period not exceeding n. 10 years (period within which Atlan66 could be called to answer for its actions).

Rights of the interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification. The interested party also has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.

For browsing data, the legal basis for processing is mutual legitimate interest. Consent to the provision of data is optional and expressed through the use of the appropriate contact channels. There are no transfers of data abroad or to third parties.
