Information on data processing in accordance with EU Regulation/2016/679 on the processing of personal data of natural persons (GDPR).
Personal data provided through the use of this website and related services are processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation – EU Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 as amended “Code on the Protection of Personal Data”. This information is provided, pursuant to General Data Protection Regulation – EU Regulation 2016/679, to those who interact with the web services of Atlan66.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against Atlan66:
save for this eventuality, at present, web contact data are not retained permanently, unless requested by the user.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on the website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Use of cookies or permanent user tracking/monitoring systems
Cookies are strings of text sent by a web server (e.g., the site) to the user’s Internet browser, automatically stored by the latter on the user’s computer and automatically sent back to the server at each occurrence or subsequent access to the site.

Atlan66 uses only technical cookies (i.e., strictly necessary for the operation of the portal) and cookies intended to collect and analyze statistical information about access/visits to the website (Google Analytics).

Some multimedia content may be offered through Adobe Flash Player. In case you use some of this content, Google Analytics stores additional data on your computer, also known as Flash cookies (or Local Share Objects) by which the owner is able to know the total number of times a certain audio/video file is opened, how many people use it until the end and how many people, on the other hand, close it before the end.

Methods of processing
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. In particular, the data aimed at the management of telematic services, statistical analysis and improvement of the services provided are kept for a maximum of 26 months; the data collected in order to provide services to the user concerned, are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship of the interested party with Atlan66 and in any case for a maximum period not exceeding n. 10 years (period within which Atlan66 could be called to answer for its actions).
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Rights of the interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification. The interested party also has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller, without formalities, by sending a communication to the e-mail address c.a. responsible for the processing of sensitive data.

For browsing data, the legal basis for processing is mutual legitimate interest. Consent to the provision of data is optional and expressed through the use of the appropriate contact channels. There are no transfers of data abroad or to third parties.
